New Partnership Puts Evidence-Based Tools in the Hands of Primary Care Providers and their Patients

This partnership will allow CEP to deliver its many evidence-based programs and tools through CognisantMD’s Ocean Platform on patient tablets, secure email, and data collected directly in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
An evidence-based clinical tool for poverty screening of patients in primary care is among the first to be integrated into the platform and is available now to all Ocean users. Other tools include a lower-back pain screen and an opioid manager.
