Streetsboro, OH (PRWEB) November 12, 2015 -- PTHV Acquisition LLC (“PTHV”), an affiliate of Soft-Lite LLC, based in Streetsboro, OH, announced today that it intends to acquire the assets and product lines of THV Holdings, LLC (“THV”), located in Louisville, KY. THV filed a chapter 11 reorganization bankruptcy case on July 28, 2015. PTHV reached an agreement in principle whereby PTHV will acquire the assets of THV, free and clear of all THV claims and creditors. The Bankruptcy Court will handle creditors’ claims.

PTHV will have no responsibility for THV's debts, but has already begun establishing new and cordial relations with THV’s prior suppliers.
