OK!Good Records has launched pre-orders for Janet Devlin’s upcoming release of ‘December Daze’ EP. The holiday-themed EP, which was previously only available for pre-order via PledgeMusic, is now available for pre-order in the OK!Good Records web-store.

‘December Daze’ further showcases Janet’s unique and enchanting vocals found on her debut album, ‘Running With Scissors,’ as she covers holiday classics such as “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” Joni Mitchell’s emotional “River,” and a beautiful acapella take on “Silent Night.”

The EP also captures Janet’s own songwriting skills with the title track, “December Daze” which was written last winter during Janet’s first trip to New York City. “I'd gone for a walk in Central Park and it was covered in snow, reminding me of all the classic Christmas films that had been made there,” she remembers of the experience. “Back in my hotel, I sat on the 36th floor with my guitar player, with the view of Times Square in the background, watching people with their woolly hats and oversized coats.”

Another original, “Happy Holidays,” is a friskier, tongue-in-cheek track in which Janet plays drums, percussion, ukulele, and glockenspiel. This fun and upbeat indie-folk track deserves to be on everyone’s Christmas playlist.

‘December Daze’ EP is now available for pre-order on OK!Good Records web-store, PledgeMusic, iTunes, and Amazon. The EP will be officially released on Friday, November 27th.
