Hondros Learning announces the launch of two new continuing education (CE) classroom courses, an appraisal CE course and a real estate and appraisal CE course. These courses are ideal for real estate and appraisal schools, brokers and boards/associations across the country looking to offer additional courses to their students. Both courses are Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) approved and include expert instructor materials.
The appraisal CE course, titled “Better Safe Than Sorry,” is a practical guide on how to avoid liability and common errors that require revisions in appraisals. The real estate and appraisal CE course is titled “FHA Property Analysis” and is a primer course for appraisers and real estate brokerage professionals.
“We’re always looking to expand our course catalog and add pertinent learning opportunities for real estate and appraisal professionals everywhere,” said Jerry Weissberg, president, Hondros Family of Companies. “These courses are being added to a growing catalog, which benefits schools and their professional students.”
The new coursework is an off-the-shelf solution for schools, brokers, and associations to enhance their Continuing Education offerings and includes the following tools for easy classroom implementation: Textbook, PowerPoint Presentation, Course Outline and Learning Objectives.
