East Liverpool City Hospital Announces Management Changes
East Liverpool, Ohio (PRWEB) November 12, 2015 -- East Liverpool City Hospital (ELCH) recently named Jayne Rose, RN-BC, MHA as Chief Nursing Officer for the hospital. Jayne has been with ELCH for more than 34 years and is a graduate of Trinity School of Nursing and since has attained her bachelors and masters in healthcare administration from Canyon College. She also currently maintains specialty certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Jayne resides in Wellsville with her husband Doug; together they have two adult children and two grandchildren. Jayne had this to say about her recent promotion, “Living in the area my entire life and working for ELCH the last 34 years has been a blessing. The teamwork that the nursing staff of ELCH has shown over that time has been incredible and I only plan to build upon that.” Jayne assumed her role in late October of this year. She later went on to say, “The tri-state area has always been my home and East Liverpool City Hospital has always been the place my family turned to for their healthcare. The quality awards recently attained by the facility are great examples of the hard work and dedication that we consistently see from our entire team. The staff of ELCH provides top quality care and I am very proud to be leading them into the future.”
Todd Morando was named as Director of the Emergency Department and the Surgical Services Departments. Todd, a graduate of St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing, also holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Slippery Rock University, a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Waynesburg University. Todd was recently employed on an interim basis but now will be a fulltime directly employed director at ELCH.
The organization also named Judy Carpenter Director of the Cardiac Rehab & Respiratory Department. Judy has worked at ELCH for the past 35 years. She is a graduate of Aultman Hospital School of Nursing and obtained both her BSN and MSN from Waynesburg University. Judy said, “I am very proud of the care we provide at ELCH and look forward to working with Jayne. I am very excited to see what the future holds for our hospital.”
