Rigaku is presenting its lines of benchtop X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and Raman spectroscopy instrumentation at booth 440.
Rigaku manufactures a complete range of XRD and XRF instruments and components for research, testing, industrial process control, and products development. The meeting will be held November 16-18, 2015 in the Garden State Exhibit Center in Somerset, NJ.
