Elite Pacific Properties Agent Sharly Ward Named 2015’s Best Real Estate Agent by West Hawaii Today Readers
KAILUA-KONA, HAWAII (PRWEB) November 16, 2015 -- Elite Pacific Properties, Hawaii’s largest luxury brokerage and vacation rental firm, is pleased to congratulate one of its agents for receiving the coveted “Best Real Estate Agent” of the year award from West Hawaii Today newspaper.
West Hawaii Today readers voted Sharly Ward, RB, ABR, CRS, GRI, Best Real Estate Agent for 2015. This is Sharly’s second time winning the Best Agent accolade; the first was in 2012.
“It’s really gratifying to see that the community recognizes the great work Sharly Ward is doing in West Hawaii,” said Paul Mayer, Managing Partner for Elite Pacific Properties. “There is no greater acknowledgement than one that comes directly from the communities in which we serve.”
Sharly joined Elite Pacific Properties in June of this year. “I joined Elite because of the company philosophy – as well as the way they follow through on that philosophy. Agents are treated as Elite’s clients as well, which helps us to better serve our clients. It is extremely progressive and leads to tremendous agent satisfaction,” she said.
Sharly has been licensed for more than 36 years and has been very active all of those years in West Hawaii real estate. She has experience in commercial and industrial real estate and has managed commercial buildings for more than 25 years (with a volume of $8-$10 million per year).
Sharly has served on the local boards of the Hawaii Association of Realtors (HAR) and West Hawaii Association of Realtors. She also received the Lifetime Achievement Hall of Fame award from the West Hawaii Association of Realtors.
One of the unique skills Sharly brings to Elite clients is her designation as an accredited staging professional master, one of only 81 in the world. “Staging is a science,” she said. She is putting this into practice in 22 staged homes on Hawaii Island this week through her company, Hawaiian Global Staging.
West Hawaii Today is one of two daily newspapers on the island of Hawaii (also known as the Big Island).
