“With 20 taps and more beer to go options we’re now able to offer our full line of core beers plus a host of small batch brews made across our network of satellite breweries.” --Matt Rattner, President & Co-Founder, Karl Strauss Brewing Company
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) November 14, 2015
Karl Strauss Brewing Company is excited to reopen the doors of its Carlsbad satellite brewery and share a new look after a full remodel. The San Diego brewery originally opened up this North County location back in 1999.
The new layout features a redesigned bar with 20 taps for guests to enjoy an ever-changing list of rotating beers. Behind the bar, beer coolers enable guests to grab cold, fresh 6-packs and 22oz bombers in addition to growler fills. “We’re excited to incorporate new elements that enhance the craft drinking experience,” says Matt Rattner, President & Co-Founder, Karl Strauss Brewing Company. “With 20 taps and more beer to go options we’re now able to offer our full line of core beers plus a host of small batch brews made across our network of satellite breweries.”
The remodeled space has a more open floor plan and features a new patio seating area with a large fire pit that’s perfect for socializing over a beer. The brewery is now exposed with floor-to-ceiling windows providing guests a front row seat to watch the brewers in action. Reclaimed wood and garage-style roll-up walls give the space an industrial feel.
