Miami Shareholder Jacqueline Becerra will speak as a featured panelist during the session, “How to Measure Ethical Behavior and the Success of Your FCPA Compliance Program: Applying the Right Performance Indicators for Testing and Reviews.” The session will address how FCPA and anti-corruption program testing dovetail with overall compliance programs, ensuring the success and accuracy of FCPA testing, and how companies have successfully utilized testing and implemented methodologies, tailoring compliance reviews to different jurisdictions, best practices for identifying compliance and ethical weak spots, and testing and reviewing international sales and high risk transactions.
