Cactus 203 Series Industrial Grade Compact Flash Exceeds 10 Year Product Life

Based on the highest reliability SLC NAND, the 203 Series has been used in 100,000s of critical industrial systems over the past decade.
While Cactus offers higher performance Industrial CF cards in our portfolio, the 203 Series has been available for OEMs who do not want to requalify a new memory device. The 10 year life is impressive, but this product will continue to ship for at least the next 2 years.

The 203 Series Industrial CF, available in capacities from 32MB to 2GB, with >2 Million erase/write cycles per block, continue to operate without fail in embedded OEM designs from Process Automation to Medical Devices. For wide temperature applications, an optional -45C to 90C version is offered.
