ExchangeBook.net, a new website geared toward chefs, restaurateurs, home brewers and food aficionados, is extending a very special offer to famed business mogul and Shark Tank star Mark Cuban.

The new website’s founder, wants to offer Cuban 50 percent equity in the online business without putting forth any investment capital.

The CEO is hoping that Cuban will lend his marketing brilliance to the project, using his expertise and connections to bring the online foodie community platform to the next level.

“We’re hoping Mark will see the incredible value of this opportunity and will want in,” Exchangebook’s creator said. “This is a rare opportunity to reap the financial benefits of owning a business with nothing at stake but his time. We believe that Mark will be able to see a big return on his investment of time by being part-owner of this potentially huge startup.”

ExchangeBook recently celebrated its launch this October with a decadent yacht party that brought together food bloggers, chefs, wine aficionados and restaurateurs to network while the yacht circled Manhattan Island. About 80 people attended the event, reaching the yacht’s maximum capacity.

ExchangeBook is already one of the top social media sites for chefs, foodies and winemakers. Prior to the site's official launch, the much-anticipated portal already had close to 1,000 registered members who have shared hundreds of recipes and photos of their food. The number continues to grow daily.

Membership on ExchangeBook.net is free and provides unlimited lifetime access to recipes, articles, forums and more. Registered members can use the site to share photos of their own dishes for a chance to be featured on the site’s main page. Recipe categories include appetizers, Asian, bakery, breakfast, cocktails, desserts, dinner, eggs, equipment, events, fish, fitness, fried chicken, health and Italian.
