Duncan, the Heart of the Chisholm Trail, Welcomes Rising Stars Calf Roping During Thanksgiving 2015
Duncan, OK (PRWEB) November 19, 2015 -- The 14th Annual Rising Stars Calf Roping is set to take place in Duncan, OK on Thanksgiving weekend November 26-29th. True to tradition, this family-focused event will kick off Thanksgiving Day with the 12 and under tie-down calf roping followed by the All-Star roping featuring the top 75 calf ropers in the world with a traditional home-cooked turkey dinner and all the fixings somewhere in between.
The All-Star roping will be a qualifier to the American. The top ten in the three-head average will advance to the semi-finals in Fort Worth, TX. The event be adding additional monies to the pot, and the event’s Producers, Chris Neal and Mark Holder, will be presenting the Central States 4-Star aluminum two-horse Championship trailer to the high-point winner between Chris Neal’s “Future Stars” Calf Roping 2015 and this year’s Rising Stars Calf Roping.
Back by popular demand, the slow-motion video replay board will once again be a featured attraction as the young ropers get a taste of the big leagues when they look up from the dirt to see their run through the eyes of a cheering crowd. The video board will also feature title and event sponsors throughout the entire event, recognizing them for their investment in the future of calf roping.
Online entries are open online and 700 plus entry forms have been mailed out. The staff and producers of Rising Stars Calf roping are working hard to make sure that 2015 is the most exciting year yet.
