Hampton Lake Hosts Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony to Celebrate Grand Opening of Phase 3 Expansion
Bluffton, SC (PRWEB) November 17, 2015 -- On Nov. 12, 2015, Hampton Lake hosted their much-anticipated ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of Phase 3, a massive expansion of the private real estate community that was opened to the public over the summer.
Over 700 people attended the invite-only celebration, which included an eclectic mix of Hampton Lake residents, supporters, and local realtors. The ribbon-cutting was performed by the mayor of Bluffton herself, Lisa Sulka.
The event was highlighted by a number of family-friendly activities. There were bounce houses for the kids, a huge bonfire, and a wide selection of delicious food provided by Downtown Catering. As a special treat, local band and fan-favorite Deas Guyz also performed at the event.
The grand opening was essentially Hampton Lake's way of thanking community members for their continued support of Phase 3. It was a kick-off party celebrating an exciting new chapter for the last significant residential development parcel in southern Beaufort County.

Phase 3 is a widespread expansion project by Hampton Lake, and some of their most exciting plans for the future are expected in as little as 12-18 months. These new developments include a new amenity center called Parkside, which will feature a crystal lake, party barn, an amphitheater, grassed park and fitness track, and a modern resort-style pool.
Other plans for Phase 3 also include expanding Hampton Lake's existing restaurant in addition to making more improvements to The Lakeside amenity center. The grand opening was held at a special place in Phase 3 called "The Point," which is a beautiful peninsula of waterfront home sites surrounding a landscaped park.
England added that selling out the original Hampton Lake development enabled the private real estate community to embark on Phase 3, which means they can offer new products and properties to prospective home buyers, in addition to increasing the quality of amenities for current residents.
