South Ridge, a 350-unit mixed-use urban apartment community in downtown Greenville, S.C., developed by South Ridge Investment, LLC, an affiliate of The Beach Company, announces Toss Pizza Pub will join Biscuit Head as the second and largest commercial tenant.
Toss is owned and operated by Jacob Billingsley of Greenville’s blueberryfrog and Gringos Cantina, and will feature artisan wood-fired pizza and a full-service bar. The 4,000-square-foot location is adjacent to Biscuit Head and will open its doors in March 2016.

Located at 823 S. Church St., South Ridge is situated at the edge of Greenville’s famous greenways and is a short walk to the city’s vibrant downtown, Cleveland Park and Augusta Road neighborhoods. The luxury loft apartments feature designer appliances, flooring and finishes; and ample amenities including a pool, clubroom and outdoor veranda with downtown skyline views. Although South Ridge is currently more than halfway leased, there are some studio, one, two and three bedroom floor plans still available. The remaining commercial tenants will be announced in the coming months.
