Advanced Discovery, industry leader in eDiscovery services and software, today announced Robert J. Menkes as vice president of business development. An accomplished attorney and experienced eDiscovery professional, Menkes specializes in navigating the cost and complexity associated with today’s eDiscovery matters.
“Robert has over two decades in the industry, has been involved with all aspects of eDiscovery and has a tremendous reputation for delivering consistent results to his clients with the highest possible level of service,” said David Vandygriff, CEO of Advanced Discovery. “His commitment to service, vast discovery expertise and diverse experience will certainly be well utilized by our team and are sure to deliver impeccable service to Advanced Discovery’s growing roster of valued clients.”
In his new role, Menkes will build, grow and maintain relationships with corporations and law firm clients through the deployment of customized strategies, technologies and expert teams to ensure discovery and review matters are being handled with the greatest possible proficiency and efficiency.
Prior to joining Advanced Discovery, Menkes most recently served as director and national sales leader for eDiscovery at Huron Legal. There he was responsible for delivering results such as sustainable cost reductions—ranging from 15 to 40 percent, process and technology assessments followed by successful implementations and discovery cost savings of up to 60 percent. Preceding his time at Huron Legal, Menkes was vice president of business development at AdamsGrayson, a staffing firm that, before its acquisition by Huron Consulting Group in 2012, specialized in providing paralegals, law clerks and attorney professionals with a concentration on eDiscovery and document management projects.
On his appointment, Menkes commented: “For quite some time, I’ve been aware of the terrific work the Advanced Discovery team has been doing in the eDiscovery space. Their emphasis, not only on the technology, but on the people and processes surrounding it, is the kind of commitment to success that clients value. I couldn’t be happier to join an organization with such a dedicated and talented team.
