Reston, VA (PRWEB) November 19, 2015 -- The Center for Innovative Technology (CIT) announced today the newly appointed members of the CIT Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of its parent authority, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Authority (IEIA). The appointments include CEO of PVBS (Pleasant Valley Business Solutions), Mr. Bernard Mustafa, CPA.
Appointed by Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, Bernard Mustafa, CPA, CEO of PVBS (Pleasant Valley Business Solutions), is a highly-respected executive in government contractor circles. Prior to joining PVBS, Mr. Mustafa held leadership positions in entrepreneurial firms providing financial and technology consulting services to federal government agencies and commercial clients. Mr. Mustafa has over 20 years’ experience in the financial and technology sectors, and served in the United States Army.
In addition, Jonathan Aberman, founder and Managing Director of TandemNSI, and Michael Rao, President of Virginia Commonwealth University since 2009, were also appointed by Government McAuliffe to serve on the BOD for CIT.
The remaining newly appointed members of the BOD for CIT, include David Lucien, Walter "Duffy" Mazan, Christy Tomlinson Morton, Dr. Magid M. Abraham, and Angela Kellett, and were selected by the Virginia Senate and the Virginia House of Delegates.
