Chicago Tribune Names Endurance One of the Top Workplaces of 2015

Thousands of companies throughout Chicago and the neighboring suburbs were invited to participate and have their shot at making this prestigious list. The Tribune held an awards ceremony at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park on November 12, 2015 to recognize the winners.
The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Workplace Dynamics, LLC - a leading, independent research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Workplace Dynamics identified the top 100 workplaces in the Chicago area by dividing potential companies into three categories: Small (fewer than 250 employees), Midsize (250-999) and Large (1,000 and more).
This is the first year that Endurance has participated in the selection process, which makes this win even more exciting. Employees at Endurance noted that flexibility, atmosphere, and motivation from management were the top contributing factors that determined their high scores.
