Today, global workforce optimization software company ZOOM International announced the opening of a new office in Sydney, Australia, to support ZOOM’s growth across Asia Pacific and increase its ability to help contact centers and back offices in the region to make better customer connections, address compliance and service challenges and create excellent customer experiences.
The Sydney office will join ZOOM’s Chiang Mai, Thailand, office as the second serving the APAC region. It is the company’s eleventh office globally. ZOOM’s Sydney office will be staffed with a sales team and will focus on growing relationships with customers and channel partners across Australia and New Zealand.
