International Annual Futuristic Design Awards announce call for entries
Como, Italy (PRWEB) November 20, 2015 -- Today, A' Design Award & Competition has released 2016 call for submissions to the International Futuristic Design Awards which is open for entries by Futurists, Design Pioneers, Avant-Garde Designers, Ground-breakers, Trend-setters, Creators and Innovators worldwide. The International Futuristic Design Award is expected to show a preview of middle and long-term future design projects that are impossible to be realized in nowadays conditions, manufacturing technologies and materials available. The ideas entered shall not have the potential to be made, built, or otherwise realized within the nearest future.
Futurists, Design Pioneers, International Companies and Innovators can submit futuristic design concepts to an international judging committee who will select design finalists and winners by blind-voting and peer-reviewing. Entries will be voted on criteria such as advanced technologies and features, innovative materials and solutions, new design approach, together with flexibility, transformation and effectiveness of the project. There are no restrictions for the theme of entries, as long as they correspond to futuristic theme thus entries could be for futuristic spatial design, futuristic architecture, futuristic product design, futuristic communication design or futuristic interaction design.
The laureates submissions will be promoted in social media, as well as traditional design magazines and world’s largest online publications offering the winners an opportunity to reach a global audience. Winning entries will be translated to more than 20 languages to provide a chance to truly reach international audiences. Moreover, all winners will also receive the A’ Design Prize which includes the metal trophy, award certificate, winners’ designs yearbook, exhibition and invitation to the award ceremony in Italy.
Entries to the competition can be made online at http://www.adesignaward.com by registering and uploading projects. All submissions to the competition will be accepted till February 28, 2016 and the results of the competition will be announced on April 15, 2016.
