CapTech’s Summer Internship Program provides meaningful immersion into the full lifecycle of a typical IT consulting project. This twelve-week program was designed to help interns fully experience the many roles consultants play in everyday projects such as analysis, design, development and deployment of a tool or solution. Our interns work in self-led teams and are paired with senior consultants for evaluation and mentorship. Additionally interns enjoy weekly lunch-and-learns with our Principals and leadership team. What makes this internship program so unique is the simulated client engagement where interns can achieve a full understanding of the consulting experience while solving a relevant client problem. CapTech interns are given the opportunity to build something that matters with project deliverables that actually create impactful value at CapTech.
