Atlantic Information Services’ upcoming Dec. 8 virtual conference, “Value-Based Payer-Provider Partnerships: Three Case Studies,” will provide practical advice on how to develop value-based care programs from executives at companies who have launched these types of programs.

(AIS) is pleased to announce the agenda for “Value-Based Payer-Provider Partnerships: Three Case Studies,” an upcoming Dec. 8 virtual conference on the valuable lessons learned from three innovative value-based care arrangements: Essentia Health and UCare, MissionPoint Health Partners, and Intel Corp.

The sessions are:

  • 12:15 – 1:30 p.m.: “Case Study #1: Essentia Health, UCare Partner on Care for Medicare Advantage Enrollees” — Participants will get the details of how EssentiaCare, a value-based, 50/50 partnership to offer a Medicare Advantage PPO, has been organized and what its goals are, directly from the executives who are leading this innovative joint venture.
  • 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. Case Study #2: MissionPoint Offers New-Model ACOs —An executive at MissionPoint will explain how effectively the population health management company’s network, patient care and cost management services and products are working ... and what its plans are for the future.
  • 3:45 – 5:00 p.m. Case Study #3: Intel’s Direct-to-Employee Benefits Model —The executives behind Intel’s value-based employee health benefits program will provide details on the challenges they faced, and how they addressed them, when deploying and refining their direct-to-employee model.
