ENGAGE.cx is pleased to announce that Eric Larson, former executive at Oracle and HelloWorld, Inc., has joined the company as the new Head of Revenue. Larson will be leading all revenue generating functions such as sales, customer success, lead generation, pricing, and revenue management for ENGAGE.cx.

Prior to joining ENGAGE.cx, Larson served as Chief Revenue Officer for HelloWorld, Inc., a leading digital engagement company where he oversaw sales, strategy, mobile CRM, and new business development, working with major brands like The Coca-Cola Company, The Gap, Microsoft, Kraft, and Abercrombie & Fitch. Prior to his time at HelloWorld, Larson spent 17 years at Oracle, most recently serving as the VP of CRM and CX for the Eastern US and Canada where he successfully lead the CRM business through 13 acquisitions and the shift to SaaS as the primary product offering, building the largest and fastest growing SaaS-based business in the company.
