According to a recent survey by PwC, the millennial generation’s first choice employer benefit is the commitment to personal and professional growth. The SPS Leadership Academy welcomes students from some of the country’s most distinguished universities, colleges, and youth development organizations to provide experiential training and job opportunities that focus on cultivating these qualified interns into high-performing employees. The program provides 12 weeks of hands on experience and weekly workshops related to management, teamwork, productivity, and personal development in the New York City, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, and Chicago metropolitan areas.

The 2016 Vault internship rankings were determined by the reviews of more than 5,800 interns at over 100 different internship programs and rated in five areas: quality of life, compensation and benefits, interview process, career development, and full-time employment prospects. The ratings were then averaged to provide an overall score for each program.
