The new transit-oriented community recently celebrated a ribbon cutting ceremony, unveiling its offering of luxury apartments on the Delaware River in Bordentown.

Members of the Sterling Properties team and Bordentown Township officials were among those in attendance at the ribbon cutting ceremony at Rivergate Bordentown.

“We have received a tremendous response from the public at this waterfront rental community. Nearly 80 percent of our apartments are already leased,” said Nicholas Hollenbeck, Director of Sales and Marketing for Sterling Properties.

Members of Sterling Properties, Buckingham Partners and Princewood Properties gathered with local Bordentown committee members Brian Johnson and Stephen Benowitz for a ribbon cutting ceremony at Rivergate Bordentown on Thursday, October 30th.
