Nashville, TN (PRWEB) November 23, 2015 -- Lee Company, a regional leader in facilities solutions and home services, today announced the retirement of Chief Financial Officer Roy Osborne and the welcoming of Rob Ivy as Lee Company’s new financial leader.
Osborne joined Lee Company as CFO 10 years ago and, according to Lee Company President Richard Perko, quickly demonstrated his value on the firm’s Executive Team.
“Roy came to Lee Company during a very difficult season,” Perko said. “From day one, he has been a beacon for our culture of integrity. Roy has led us from our toughest years through the best decade in our company’s history.”
“My 10 years here have really gone by quickly – and I mean that in a good way,” Osborne said. “At Lee Company, I have been blessed to work with outstanding people, as I have been at every stage of my working career. In that regard, God has been very good to me. Now, I am looking forward to the next season of my life, and to seeing what Lee Company will achieve and become with Rob as its new CFO.”
Ivy comes to Lee Company after serving as CFO of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee since November 2010. A certified public accountant, Ivy holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting from Mississippi State University.
“In finding our next CFO, we knew we had big shoes to fill,” said Perko, “especially in finding someone who fit our culture while also having the key skills and competencies we need for the future. We believe we have definitely found these attributes in Rob Ivy and we are very excited about all that he brings to this great team.”
“It’s so rare in today’s business environment to find an organization like Lee Company – a growing, forward-thinking company that values its employees, holds true to its core values and operates with integrity,” said Ivy. “I’m excited about becoming a part of that culture and contributing to Lee Company’s future success.”
