3xLOGIC Promotes Shaffer to New Role for Training and Support
Westminster, Colorado (PRWEB) November 19, 2015 -- 3xLOGIC, Inc., a leading provider of integrated intelligent security solutions today announced that Donny Shaffer has been appointed Director of Customer Support Services, as the company continues to increase investment in customer service, sales support and education, including their 3xLOGIC University courses.
Shaffer, a seasoned technology educator, has been overseeing and developing 3xLOGIC Certification Courses over the past nine months, after managing support and training for infinias access control solutions. During his 15 years in the security industry, he has also worked for Integral Technologies and Pelco. Leading up to the restructuring of 3xLOGIC’s training and field sales engineering teams, Shaffer has been conducting training for both 3xLOGIC and recently-acquired infinias solutions, which include certified level training for video, IP Cameras, Video Analytics, POS integration, and Access Control.
“During 2015, I have built three comprehensive training programs for infinias and 3xLOGIC, and we have succeeded in getting all three certified by BICSI,” commented Shaffer.

3xLOGIC Video Certification training is a 2-day course covering VISIX Cameras, VIGIL Servers, and VIGIL software including: Server, Client, VCM, POS, EAC and Video Analytics. BICSI recognizes 3xLOGIC Video Certification training for 13 BICSI Continuing Education Credits (CECs).
3xLOGIC Access Control Certification training is a 3-day course covering infinias Intelli-M Access Essentials, Professional and Corporate as well as eIDC32 Hardware, Custom Reporting, Rules Engine, LDAP Integration, Calendar Integration, Variations of Peripherals, Video Integration and more. BICSI recognizes 3xLOGIC Access Control Certification training for 18 BICSI Continuing Education Credits (CECs).
