Fans share instant feedback and are rewarded with game day giveaways; IntelliCentrics signs on as the first sponsor.

By partnering with Express Feedback® Sports, we are able to gain invaluable insight from our fans, respond to issues as they arise, as well as identify and recognize employees who are providing outstanding service.

HundredX, in conjunction with the Nashville Predators, announced today the launch of a first-of-its-kind mobile app experience for its fans, known as Express Feedback® Sports by HundredX. The unique in-game interface, which uses the Express Feedback® technology developed by San Diego-based HundredX, provides game-day attendees with the ability to share instant feedback on key stadium functions and employees. By acknowledging specific employees who have provided an extraordinary customer experience via Express Feedback® Sports, fans and the person they recognize are automatically entered into a game-related giveaway.

Located within the Predators’ official app, Smashville, Express Feedback® Sports provides a sponsored mobile experience that allows fans to provide real-time positive or constructive comments in as little as 30 seconds. The speed and the uniqueness of the Express Feedback® Sports system is structured so users can provide only the feedback they want to give. These often include quick “shout-outs” to exceptional service providers in key roles impacting fans including ushers, parking attendants, concession employees and more.

“The Nashville Predators are committed to delivering an exceptional in-game experience to all of our fans,” Predators President and COO Sean Henry said. “Creating that experience is not possible without consistent, reliant feedback. By partnering with Express Feedback® Sports, we are able to gain invaluable insight from our fans, respond to issues as they arise, as well as identify and recognize employees who are providing outstanding service.”

“A critical factor in operating any business – being able to connect with your customers – is closely linked with having a great work force,” Rob Pace, founder of HundredX said. “While customers want to be heard and recognize the incredible people who help them, they also have survey fatigue. Together with IntelliCentrics, the Predators are creating a more positive fan and employee engagement model through Express Feedback® Sports.”

The Predators piloted the initiative during a playoff game against the Chicago Blackhawks last season. The program was well received by fans and employees alike with one season-ticket holder illustrating the power of the fan-employee connection, sharing this feedback on a Predators’ team employee “Steve is awesome, he is always friendly, knowledgeable, passionate, and we refused to move our season ticket seats because we didn't want to leave him. He makes the experience awesome.”
