DataServ Announces New Additions to Client Success Team

DataServ has added Rich Meyer, Louisa Lu, and Kristin Beatty to its Client Success team.

Rich, Louisa, and Kristin all possess the background and skills we were seeking to fill these critical Client Success Account Manager positions, and they all have the experience and aptitude to be highly successful in their new roles.

DataServ, a global Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of document and process automation solutions, is expanding its staff by adding three professionals to its Client Success team.

Rich Meyer, Louisa Lu, and Kristin Beatty have all moved into Client Success Account Manager positions, which will see them provide support to DataServ clients, schedule and deliver training to new clients, build relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional products and services that could be useful to them, assist with the testing of DataServ solutions and enhancements, and much more.

Meyer comes to DataServ from Charter Communications, where he worked in a tech support tier 1 role, troubleshooting high-speed Internet connectivity, customer email, the company’s website, and voice over IP phone systems for customers. He graduated with an Associate’s degree from Missouri Tech, and he is currently in the process of pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering.

Lu previously worked as a medical billing specialist, handling information and claims for St. Louis-area healthcare providers. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Beatty has a background in business consulting and has also worked as a quality assurance engineer for a financial software company. Her work experience has given her great knowledge of software implementations, requirement analysis, end-user training/support, and testing techniques. Beatty holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Systems Analysis from Miami University in Ohio.
