Halena Cline Art Exhibit "An Autumn Dream" Opens at Elk Creek Vineyards December 4, 2015, Opening reception Friday Dec. 4, 2015 at 4:30 - 8:30
Owenton, KY (PRWEB) November 25, 2015 -- Halena Cline lives in northern Kentucky and has worked as a studio artist most of her adult life. She has a studio at the Pendleton Art Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Art has been a part of Halena Cline’s life as early as she can remember. Her works are known nationally and are in many national and international collections. The paintings in this exhibit are abstract renditions of landscapes which she has created during this past summer and fall. She produces works by using mediums that are experimental as well as those that are tried and true. She recently began experimenting with a new medium that she had been introduced to early this summer and has had success with. Cline also incorporates many mediums acquired through attending numerous art conferences and by experiencing methods and techniques she has acquired in her cultural encounters. Extending herself to incorporate new mediums into her work, such as the oil based inks in this exhibit, keeps the images fresh and interesting. It also presents a new method of expression and a reinvention of her many ideas.
