Greenberg Traurig Wins 2 M&A Advisor Awards

According to the M&A Advisor, the awards honor the professionals whose activities set the standard for M&A transactions.

• Healthcare and Life Sciences Deal of the Year (from $10mm to $500mm) – Chapter 11 sale of ATLS Acquisition, LLC, dba Liberty Medical Supply, Inc.
• Retail Manufacturing and Distribution Deal of the Year – Acquisition and restructuring of The Wet Seal, Inc. and its debtor affiliates by Mador Lending, LLC, an affiliate of Versa Capital Management, LLC
