The “all hours” offering was introduced to extend live support coverage globally during the business week for Wireless Analytics’ international customers, and to enhance after-hours support available in the US.

Available as one of several options in Wireless Analytics’ premier enterprise mobility support suite, the service gives enterprises even greater flexibility when customizing an MMS package. In addition to their live 24-hour weekday support option, Wireless Analytics will continue to offer an option for 24/7 callback support for customers with that need.
