LabRoots Hosts SCIEX Webinar That Helps Scientists Benefit from Unique Capabilities of CESI-MS
Yorba Linda, CA (PRWEB) November 23, 2015 -- Throughput challenges when working with small molecules, glycans and polar/charged analytes in general can be aggravating. Good news: a higher-throughput solution is now available.
LabRoots will host a new, free educational webinar sponsored by SCIEX; “Increase ESI-MS throughput up to 10X by multi-segment injections,” which will discuss how multiple nano-litre injections from small volumes as low as 5μL at ultra-low ESI-MS flow will equip your laboratory to work with precious samples, increase speed and sensitivity, and reduce the ion suppression bias. The presenter will detail how you can benefit from the unique capabilities of CESI-MS through a targeted small molecule multi-segment injection workflow.
The speaker is John Hudson, MSc, adjunct professor at the University of Regina, Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, where he teaches capillary electrophoresis in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. Applying his master’s degree in physical-organic chemistry, John has extensive experience spanning a 33-year career with the Toxicology Services Section of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Forensic Laboratory. He also serves as a staff scientist with SCIEX, where he leads a number of projects around the analysis of small drug molecules by capillary electrophoresis with mass spectrometry.
The complementary webinar, hosted by LabRoots, will be presented on December 3, 2015, at 8 am Pacific Time/11 am Eastern Time.
