“One person standing in cause is a mission. A group of us standing in cause is a movement. It is time for a movement!” Hunt said.

The “First Lady of Entrepreneurs,” Dame Shellie Hunt, has received the ultimate recognition via the “Lifetime Achievement Award” from President Barack Obama for her continued efforts to help humankind.

According to the White House, the award is bestowed on those who contribute a lifelong commitment to “building a stronger nation through volunteer service.”

And while Hunt is often a recipient of many awards, accolades and honors, the “Lifetime Achievement Award” from President Obama is truly special.

“I am humbled as I see so many in our communities and in our nation who serve every day, and I share this with them. At the end of days, it is not about career or money or possessions, it is truly if we lived our lives in service because those that serve succeed. I am honored, though I do not do what I do for awards or recognition, but simply to be an active participate for the change I wish to see in the world. It will take all of us together for positive progress and change,” said Hunt, who is the CEO/Founder of the Women of Global Change, Success is by Design LLC and other multiple companies.

Hunt’s many volunteer efforts include serving as the founder of The Women of Global Change for both national and international projects of betterment.

Hunt is considered one of the best motivational orators and coaches of human potential available for public speaking and is a master of business structure and multiple sources of income. For more than 25 years, Hunt has presented to and coached more than 10,000 individuals from all walks of life such as CEOs, business owners, inventors, authors, managers, a Supreme Court judge, blue-collar industries, teen trainings, as well as the general public.

“One person standing in cause is a mission. A group of us standing in cause is a movement. It is time for a movement!” Hunt said.

The Women of Global Change received the Humanitarian Award in 2013 at the World Congress Center and WGC has since joined forces with many other national and international organizations such as NAFE, WIPP, LeTip, E Magazine (Female-Exec) and many others bringing its exposure base to more than 500,000.
