Premiere lifestyle destination site for adventure enthusiasts includes newly produced editorial and video franchises on hunting, fishing, recreation and motorsports

Evolve Media's CraveOnline Media (http://www.craveonline.com), the largest online male lifestyle publisher, announced today the official re-launch of LiveOutdoors.com, the most comprehensive lifestyle destination for adventure enthusiasts. With a concentration on Hunting, Fishing, Recreation and Motorsports, the updated site features a visually-enhanced format with new content marketing opportunities through its recently launched video and editorial franchises. Additionally, LiveOutdoors expanded its staff with a newly added sales director, managing editor, survival expert instructor, and more.

Whether it’s navigating Class 5 rapids, hunting pheasant, or planning a camping trip with friends, LiveOutdoors delivers premium content while connecting brands with a passionate, engaged audience. As an ecosystem of quality outdoor enthusiast websites, LiveOutdoors is powered by CraveOnline Media’s award-winning advertising solutions. The site’s re-launch includes newly produced editorial and video franchises – such as Adventure Tripping, Get Out Alive, Pushing Limits, and Mother Earth – that provide various content marketing opportunities to marketers who hope to target its adventure-loving readership.

To heighten the content strategy, LiveOutdoors hired Managing Editor David Rosenfeld, who will also oversee the newly bolstered editorial staff. Rosenfeld’s love of adventure and vast experience in journalism has led him to cover a range of outdoor-centric assignments, including salmon fishing in Alaska, exploring a silver mine in Bolivia and investigating an off-the-grid community in the Arizona desert.

Also new to the LiveOutdoors team is lifelong outdoorsman and survival expert, Rich Wright. Having spent years learning primitive skills, Wright has been teaching earth/survival skills to children and adults for the last five years and spent nine years on the Tahoe Nordic Search and Rescue. An avid wildlife photographer, he is involved in several local organizations in pursuit of conservation and nature awareness.

To oversee the platform’s advertiser base, LiveOutdoors welcomes Andrew Macaulay as Sales Director. In this role Macaulay will further develop LiveOutdoors burgeoning client roster, which includes brand marketers such as RAM, Carhartt, BFGoodrich, Texas Tourism, Energizer, John Deere and REI. Macaulay, who worked for parent company Evolve Media in years past, also brings previous media sales experience with Carbon Media Group, Bonnier and Forbes. While at Carbon, he partnered with a variety of agencies and clients targeting outdoor enthusiasts through digital brand marketing

“LiveOutdoors has always been the go-to destination for hardcore outdoor enthusiasts across the country, so we’re excited and proud to present this new elevated version of the site to our dedicated audience,” said John Keefer, General Manager of CraveOnline and Vice President of Evolve Media. “With his expanded team of adventure-seeking writers, we are thrilled to see David take the LiveOutdoors site to even greater heights.”

“Over the years, LiveOutdoors has culminated a roster of brand marketers who know that we are able to effectively tap into and engage this dedicated group of adventure enthusiasts,” said Geoff Schiller, Chief Revenue Officer of Evolve Media, parent company of CraveOnline Media. “With our new series franchises, we are now able to offer advertisers an even larger platform for the type of impactful content marketing solutions that CraveOnline Media is known for.”

Look out for special sections in 2016 that will cover the SHOT Show Conference in January, a Spring Fishing Guide in April, a Summer Camping Guide in June, the Outdoor Retailer Show in August and a Fall Hunting Guide in October.
