Global Trade Law Firm Names Sally Peng to Head Expanding Asia-Pacific Practice
Hong Kong SAR, China (PRWEB) November 24, 2015 -- Leading international trade law firm Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A. has named attorney Sally Peng to the position of Asia-Pacific Practice Group Leader. Ms. Peng, a Member of the firm, will be responsible for ST&R’s growing presence in Hong Kong and Shanghai as well as the firm’s expansion of operations throughout the region.

Ms. Peng is widely known for her ability to successfully guide clients in taking advantage of the First Sale Rule, helping hundreds of companies realize tens of millions of dollars in duty savings. Her experience includes advising on a variety of Chinese companies and commercial transactions such as commercial financing, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements of securities.
Ms. Peng holds a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, a diploma from Peking University Law School in Beijing, and a B.A. from National Chengchi University College of Law in Taiwan. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.
