3 Day Blinds and Casa Teresa Join in Charity Drive to Assist Women
IRVINE, CA (PRWEB) November 25, 2015 -- 3 Day Blinds, a leading national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom made window fashions, has announced they have partnered with Casa Teresa, a nonprofit organization, in an effort to provide aid to women in need of assistance. Specifically, the two organizations will help secure essential personal items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair brushes, lip balm, wipes, sanitizer, hair ties, and other like items that will then be delivered to women in need - those who have perhaps been battered and had to flee their homes, or who are homeless due to other unforeseen circumstances. Casa Teresa is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides a temporary home and on-going support for women in need of assistance, and has been helping disadvantaged women for nearly 40 years, since forming in 1976, about the same time that 3 Day Blinds began its business.
According to 3 Day Blinds Executive Vice President Tikie Holewski, selecting Casa Teresa as a partner for such a worthwhile cause was an easy choice. “Like 3 Day Blinds, Casa Teresa has reached 38 years as an organization. Throughout their organization’s history, Casa Teresa has impacted the lives of thousands of disadvantaged women in need of assistance.
