Through the partnership, Winscribe customers can subscribe to outsourced transcription services and speech recognition project management and training services provided through Keystrokes’ experienced team of over 500 medical language specialists – all of which are based in the United States. By pairing Keystrokes’ services with Winscribe’s software, hospitals can reduce documentation costs and streamline production, while physicians have more flexible documentation capture options and an easy integration with EHR-based template reporting. This enables providers to focus on what counts the most – patient care.
Winscribe clients will also be able to purchase a document template services for use with their Winscribe clinical documentation management system. Produced by Keystrokes, the document template services enable clinics and hospitals to quickly and accurately prepare standardized clinical documents based on medical specialty and patient encounter types. This template assistance will accelerate document production and turnaround time, while reducing the need to point, click and navigate through cumbersome EHR templates, thereby reducing the time physicians spend recording patient information at their computer.
Keystrokes’ sister company, ChartNet Technologies, who provides ASP transcription and dictation solutions for healthcare providers and transcription service companies, will also benefit from the partnership. ChartNet’s ASP dictation platform will integrate with Winscribe Speech Recognition’s front-end voice-to-text platform, giving their clients more options and flexibility for data capture and documentation.
