New Signature, the 2015 Microsoft US Partner of the Year, announced today that it has acquired Atlanta-based Microsoft Partner, InfraScience. This acquisition will act as the springboard for New Signature to better serve customers headquartered in the Greater Southeast and deliver expanded services to all of the company’s North American customers.
Founded in 2003, InfraScience provides technology enabled business solutions to organizations on a global scale, delivering strategic planning, design and implementation services through a wide range of complex technology solutions, including Azure, Enterprise Mobility Suite, and Office 365. InfraScience strives to help clients maximize their investments in Microsoft solutions while strategically addressing their business needs.
As of today, InfraScience will operate as New Signature with its co-founders Jeff Meyer, Phil Bartholomew, and Mark Pierce taking active roles in the new organization. They will report to New Signature CEO, Jeff Tench and New Signature’s executive team will continue to function as it does today.

This announcement comes one month after New Signature announced the acquisition of application development leader imason. That merger deepened New Signature’s capabilities around custom development for Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics CRM and provides deep expertise in mobile application development. The combined organizations, with its expanded portfolio, is able to provide existing customers with a wide variety of solutions to maximize the full potential of their Microsoft investments.
The combined firm is headquartered in Washington, D.C., and has offices throughout the US and Canada.
