Company Acquires Stonegate Nursing Center in Fort Worth, Holland Lake Nursing Center in Weatherford

Senior Care Centers, a company dedicated to providing the highest level of senior care, has acquired Stonegate Nursing Center in Fort Worth and Holland Lake Nursing Center in Weatherford effective Dec. 1, 2015. This acquisition enhances the excellent care residents already receive at these locations by bringing the additional resources and expertise of Senior Care Centers. Company representatives believe the values of these two locations match up well to the overall values of Senior Care Centers.
