Gensuite LLC has been named a silver winner in the Most Customer Friendly Company of the Year category of the Best in Biz Awards, the only independent business awards program judged by members of the press and industry analysts.

Gensuite’s expanding customer portfolio has caused a 32% increase in customer requests in the last three years. Even with this increase, Gensuite’s Six Sigma approach to customer support has allowed them to decrease response time by 75% in the same period. This excellent customer service has allowed Gensuite to achieve a 91% subscriber retention rate over the last 4 years and is one of the many reasons why nearly 80% of Gensuite’s growing subscriber base has been generated from returning users or referrals.

The Gensuite team also puts great emphasis on the feedback from their users, and believes that the best innovation comes from collaboration. This year Gensuite hosted their 16th Annual Customer Conference in Cincinnati, OH, where 200+ users united to share best practices, learn from their peers, and collaborate on the next Gensuite innovations. The success of this year’s annual conference inspired the Gensuite team to host seven additional user conferences across key regions around the globe, including Australia, Canada, China, India, Mexico, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. One conference attendee, a prominent leader at a Top 30 Fortune 500 company, stated. "The most interesting thing about coming [to the Gensuite Conference] is not only do you get to see the future of the applications, you also get to hear different perspectives of other people in the industry who are thinking about the applications in a different way than you have been."

Gensuite inspires collaboration and best practice sharing across the Subscribers’ Community via a proprietary social media platform called Idea Exchange. Idea Exchange facilitates engagement not just between Gensuite and its subscribers but also within the subscriber community and provides the opportunity to share best practices and to discuss challenges/business needs that require digital Gensuite solutions. Many of Gensuite’s product & services innovations have been inspired from the discussions generated on this platform and at Gensuite’s annual conferences – including major innovations for the Gensuite Help Me tool, enhanced usability on mobile devices, offline capabilities, and auditing collaboration tools, to name a few.

The fifth annual program in North America boasted the highest number of submissions to date. More than 600 entries were received this year, from a wide array of public and private companies of all sizes and from a variety of industries and geographic regions in the U.S. and Canada.

“I must say that overall, I was very impressed with the entries,” said Sheryl Nance-Nash, Upscale Magazine, judging her first Best in Biz Awards. “It is clear that these companies have a real sense of what’s most important — what the pressing concerns for today’s small business owners are, and they are developing products and solutions that will help them succeed.”

Winners of Best in Biz Awards 2015 were determined based on scoring from an independent panel of 46 judges from highly recognized newspapers, business, consumer and technology publications, radio outlets, and analyst firms. In addition to the numerous judges returning from previous panels from years 2011 – 2014, this year’s judging panel included several worthy additions to the high-profile group. The panel included contributors to ABC, About.com, Bloomberg Businessweek, Business News Daily, Computerworld, Consumer Affairs, Forbes, Hartford Business Journal, Inc. Magazine, InfoRisk Today, Information Week, ReadWriteWeb, Silicon Valley Business Journal, Small Business Digest, Tech Cocktail, Wired, Xconomy, and others.
