OneWorld Memorials Receives Highest Customer Service Rating For Third Straight Month
St. Paul, MN (PRWEB) December 02, 2015 -- OneWorld Memorials sells cremation keepsakes, ash jewelry, and sympathy gifts through its online store, and the eCommerce company has maintained the highest-possible customer service rating since September 2015. On December 1, the company celebrated three straight months of a perfect five-star rating on Google's search, advertising, and shopping services.
Google only displays ratings and reviews for online merchants that meet its strict requirements. First, a merchant must have a minimum of 30 verified reviews from the past 12 months, and those reviews must be approved by both a third party and Google.
OneWorld Memorials uses an independent rating service called Yotpo, which is one of about a dozen English-language services certified by Google for official reviews.
To meet Google's requirements, services like Yotpo must verify that their ratings are written by actual customers leaving genuine reviews. Furthermore, Google filters out any reviews flagged for being "untrustworthy or otherwise questionable."
For the past three months, OneWorld Memorials has maintained a perfect 5.0 customer site review rating on Google searches, the highest rating possible. In the last 12 months, the eCommerce company has received 117 site reviews on a five-star scale. Of those reviews, 116 were five-star reviews, with only one customer leaving a four-star review.
On August 24, 2015, customer Gloria G. wrote, "Ordering was easy considering the circumstances. The delivery was faster then I expected. Both urns and the engravings were beautiful. I also was moved by the small card included. The verse was very touching and much appreciated. Thank you for making a difficult time a little less stressful."
Company founder and president Ira Woods says he started the company to help people struggling with grief after the loss of a loved one. As the number of Americans choosing cremation has been rising steadily this decade, OneWorld Memorials has tried to meet the higher demand for urns, cremation pendants, and other ash keepsakes.
At the same time, his staff seeks to provide the best service to customers suffering through a painful loss. Often, Woods speaks on the phone with customers, and employees frequently include personalized notes with orders.
