Driven by an anonymous employee survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics, Chem-Trend placed seventh out of 35 total honorees in the midsize business category, marking its third top 10 appearance in a row. To complete the survey, employees were asked to comment on overall satisfaction, culture, pay and benefits, leadership, training and advancement opportunities, flexibility and amenities.
