GroundLink Launches New "Refer Your Friend Program" for The Holidays

Customers can now give their friends and family $25 savings off any GroundLink ride booked on the company’s award-winning app, and they too will receive $25 off their next ride. Customers will receive a personal invite code to download the app. Once their friend downloads the app and books a ride with the code, they will receive $25 off their first ride. The customer will then receive an automatic $25 credit on their next ride.

The GroundLink app allows customers to see the full breakdown of their trip in advance of their ride, and there is no surge pricing with GroundLink. Travelers can schedule rides in advance and in New York can also book on-demand rides using the app’s Ride Now feature. Customers can track their car and communicate directly with their driver. For all airport pick-ups, GroundLink tracks the customer’s flight and automatically adjusts the pickup time based on the flight’s actual arrival.
GroundLink offers the industry’s only on-time pickup guarantee. If a customer is not picked-up within five minutes of their scheduled pickup time, their next ride is free (up to $75). The company has also just increased cancellation times. Now, in major airport and downtown markets customers can cancel as late as 90 minutes before the traveler’s scheduled pick-up time (two hours for all other U.S. markets) without being charged a cancellation fee.
