Paul M. Seby Joins Greenberg Traurig’s Environmental Law Practice in Denver
(PRWEB) December 01, 2015 -- DENVER – Dec. 1, 2015 – Paul M. Seby recently joined the Denver office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP as shareholder in the Environmental Practice. Seby joins the firm from Holland & Hart LLP, where he was a partner.

As a leading practitioner in the Rocky Mountain region with nearly 25 years’ experience, Seby counsels public and private clients, in the energy, mining, manufacturing, and service industries, on how to navigate the complex framework of state and federal environmental regulations and policies. He also has wide-ranging experience prosecuting cases where governmental entities acted outside their authority.
Seby brings his deep understanding and strategic approach to a broad range of environmental legal matters including air and water quality, recycling and waste disposal, and surface and ground water matters. Seby has represented clients in appearances before the Supreme Court of the United States, U.S. Courts of Appeal, and the Colorado Supreme Court.
Seby has been recognized for his work by many leading legal publications including Super Lawyers magazine in 2015. In 2014, he was recognized in Denver Business Journal's “Who's Who in Energy” list, “Lawyer of the Year” by the Colorado Lawyer, and Law Week Colorado “Barrister's Best” for environmental law.
Seby holds a J.D. from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College and a B.A. from the University of San Diego.
