Kirstin A. Story has rejoined Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP as Of Counsel focusing on Labor and Employment law in its Litigation practice group. Story returns to the firm after three years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Employment Law Section of the Arizona Attorney General’s office.
“We’re thrilled to have Kirstin back at Lewis Roca Rothgerber. She is an excellent employment lawyer whose skills have been further honed in the AG’s office,” said Bruce Samuels, co-leader of the firm’s Litigation practice group. “Our work frequently requires engagement with governmental entities, from the EEOC to state Attorneys General and the Department of Labor. Kirstin’s work with public agencies will be of great benefit to our clients.”
