Procura Announces Vicky Hollister as New Senior Operational Consultant
Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) December 08, 2015 -- Experienced home care executive Vicky Hollister has joined Procura’s Professional Services Team as the new Senior Operational Consultant. Vicky brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare and having worked on all facets of the business, she offers insight into all aspects of the industry.
Vicky’s primary role will be to help clients adopt and optimize all Procura solutions, with a focus on the ContinuLink solution. Whether it is during the sales cycle, pre-implementation, throughout deployment or post-implementation, Vicky will be responsible for assessing and implementing best practice strategies for ensuring each agency is best optimizing the solution in order to maximize their efficiency.

Vicky began her career in home care as an intake coordinator and advanced professionally to an executive management role, most recently as Executive Vice President of Home Care Sales & Operations for Arcadia. Her broad operational experience includes intake, scheduling, payer relations, payroll, billing and collections. As home care has evolved, so has Vicky’s experience including, compliance, process and quality improvement, sales, marketing and financials. She is no stranger to technology, having first-hand experience in multiple implementations, including the detailed ContinuLink implementation process.
The introduction of this new role comes shortly after Procura announced they were investing over one million dollars into ContinuLink customer support and implementation programs, including an innovative “voice of the customer” program. Vicky will play an important role in developing and implementing these programs, enabling our customers to have a more significant and quicker return on their investment in Procura’s solutions.
