“Ultimately, client satisfaction is my highest priority, and I feel NPF has the systems in place to surpass both client and realtor expectations.”

New Penn Financial today announced that they have hired three branch managers to head up three new branches across the Carolinas: Melissa Schwartz in Raleigh, NC, Rochelle Boone in Pinehurst, NC, and Michael Himmelrick in Murrells Inlet, SC. Combined, the three managers bring nearly 50 years of mortgage and real estate experience, and will look to increase regional market share.
Over the past few years, New Penn has grown accustomed to growth. The company now has 96 locations across 29 states, and has made the Inc 5000 List for Fastest Growing Privately Owned Companies for four years in a row. The company’s reputation continues to attract top talent. “I chose New Penn because it’s a sound financial company with a solid foundation for growth in today’s market,” Michael Himmelrick says. “Ultimately, client satisfaction is my highest priority, and I feel NPF has the systems in place to surpass both client and realtor expectations.”
Rochelle Boone and Melissa Schwartz were drawn to New Penn for similar reasons. “They take closing seriously, and they offer superior customer service,” Ms. Boone says. Ms. Schwartz adds, “I chose New Penn because it’s a company that reflects the qualities I aim to bring my clients. They’re highly transparent, they’re fast, and they’re flexible.”
The news of expansion comes three months after New Penn was named by Mortgage Executive Magazine as one of the 50 Best Companies to Work For. Heading this expansion will be Regional Manager Dylan Veal, based in Charlotte. “We’ve assembled a great cast in the Carolinas.” He says. “I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish here.”
