New Orleans Hotel Collection Named One of New Orleans' Best Places to Work
New Orleans, Louisiana (PRWEB) December 07, 2015 -- New Orleans Hotel Collection is one of 35 large businesses selected by New Orleans CityBusiness magazine as one of the “Best Places to Work.” Winners of the 13th annual competition were celebrated on Friday, December 4th at a noon awards banquet held at The Hyatt Regency New Orleans where the names of the top three large and small companies were announced.
New Orleans Hotel Collection has ranked among the city’s top workplaces two years in a row. Although New Orleans is a tourism center with more than 150 hotels in its downtown and French Quarter districts, only four hotels were chosen by a panel of judges based on criteria that include average employee salaries, healthcare packages, time off and employee programs. Company employees also submitted surveys that evaluated the quality of workplace culture.
“To be recognized as one of best places to work in New Orleans again this year is really a testament to the great team that we’ve put together and the hard work they’ve put in,” said Craig Hulford, Area General Manager for the New Orleans Hotel Collection. “It’s important to continuously broaden our offerings in pay, benefits and recognition that unlock the individual potential in all. We take pride in nurturing our team with the same level of passion that we bring to caring for our guests.”
The New Orleans Hotel Collection is a select group of seven upscale hotels with distinctive style and personalized service located in the historic French Quarter, Warehouse District and at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. The Collection includes the Bourbon Orleans, Dauphine Orleans, Hotel Le Marais, The Whitney Hotel, Audubon Cottages, Hotel Mazarin and Crowne Plaza New Orleans Airport.
