Tokyo law firm Spring Partners joined Alliott Group on 1st November 2015, extending the firm’s resource base to 70 countries worldwide and providing the professional services alliance with a highly regarded law firm presence in one of the world’s leading economies.

While Spring Partners is one of Japan’s many medium sized, full service business law firms, it differentiates itself by offering unique capabilities that combine experience of advising pre-IPO companies, public companies and financial institutions, with strong technical know-how in assisting Japanese and foreign companies with business transactions at every stage of the business life cycle.
