Swiss Post Solutions North America Wins Gold in Best in Biz Awards for 2015

The award recognizes the SPS North America executive leadership team for their accomplishments during the past year. The team, guided by CEO North America Dan Moscatiello, led a period of significant profitable growth for the company: a 20% increase in total contract value in 2014 with an additional 12% growth during the first half of 2015. In addition, significant achievements were attained in every division of the organization including Operations (95% customer loyalty rating); HR (training of over 1000 employees nationwide as part of the Leadership for Growth initiative); and Marketing (introduction of the SPS Outsourcing Index, an industry benchmark).
The fifth annual Best in Biz program in North America received more than 600 entries, the highest number of submissions to date, from a wide array of public and private companies of all sizes and from a variety of industries and geographic regions in the U.S. and Canada. Awards were presented in 60 categories recognizing teams, individuals and organizations.
Winners of Best in Biz Awards 2015 were determined based on scoring from an independent panel of 46 judges from highly recognized newspapers, business, consumer and technology publications, radio outlets, and analyst firms.
